Office leases are generally considered fair game for the general practitioner. Most lawyers can function reasonably well within the four corners of an office lease, but may not have the experience to notice what is missing from the document. This is usually a tenant side concern, because office leases are  usually carefully written to the advantage of sophisticated landlords.

  • Represented Landlord in lease of 10,000 square feet of office space in new mixed-use building in downtown Palo Alto.
  • Represented property owner in lease of 11,000 square feet of office space in Los Altos.
  • Represented analytics company in lease of 36,000 square feet of office space in major Pleasanton office project.
